Great book case!
For the price and materials, this is a great book case. The quality of manufactured materials has really improved over the last few years, and the finish on this attests to that fact. You can't tell it's not "real oak" until you really examine it. This went in our den and offsets well with some other salted oak furniture we have. As with all furniture that comes in a box, it takes some time to put together. The instructions were pretty clear, and the only knock I'm giving it is that not all of the pieces were marked. I had to play a little guessing during set up. Other than that, a nice piece of furniture.

Great Looking, functional shelf
My fiancé and I wanted to furnish an apartment while also needing something to hide our TV wires and speaker chords behind. We are very happy with how this shelf looks and it really only took me a Sunday morning to put together. Sauder does a great job with clear instructions and making sure all pieces and tools are included in the box. We love the lintel oak finish it goes perfect with her white/grey and copper industrial theme. I would recommended to a friend and it's nice knowing that you're buying from an Ohio family business in Sauder.

Sauder wall unit
I bought 2 of these and put them side by side since I have lots of books. My son put them together and said it was a bit challenging. I think a few new swear words were created! The unit has moveable shelves and nice storage at the bottom of the unit. It gas a rustic look to it which I like.

Packaging / Pieces & instructions
Very impressed with all aspects of this product. Packaging was compact and the product well protected with outside corner reinforcing on the bigger pieces. Great to find all the pieces were included and all the parts/pieces for construction. In addition all the holes were perfectly aligned. Finally, the instructions were clear and carefully coordinated to make the construction easy and not very painful, and in fact the few humorous comments during the construction caused a chuckle from me and my wife. It is surely easier to have two people putting everything together than trying to do it alone. Only thing that might be improved would be placing ID stickers or more written designations on the edges of the smaller pieces, but not really a big thing. Very, very, pleased with the entire experience.Regards,Bill

Looks good but takes time to put together
Overall a good product, but takes about 4+ hours to put together.....and I'm a handy person. The trickiest parts were the cabinets/doors. I purchased this product for my husbands office and it works perfectly for his binders and catalogs.
