Great shoe rack!
I found this to be extremely easy to put together. Don't even need the instructions - very simple. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble alone. I knew from the reviews that you would have to sacrifice more slots to accommodate boots - and this is true. I got all of my shoes on this rack with the exception of my super high platforms (which are on the top shelf of my closet) and my slimmer low profile shoes (which fit on the floor under the bottom shelf of this rack). The longer boots I laid vertically along the "shelves" and my combat boots fit pretty well but snug standing up. The wheels seem to do just fine on carpet and the option to take them off is great too. All in all it does what it should, seems durable and sturdy and looks great. I would highly recommend this product.

Shoe Rock
This shoe Rock is really good, but only Its too tiet for my high heels, specially boots. Even my husband shoes hardly fit in, it should have wider gap In bitween.

Disappointed
I was looking forward to setting this up to put all my shoes in one place. Got it half way done and found one of the bottom cross side supports was broke. Had to return.

Sturdy, neat and organized. Love it.
This rack is awesome. I had a four shelf rack that I would pile all my shoes in. I would spend 10 to 15 minutes looking for the pair I wanted to wear. Thanks to this rack I am able to see every pair. No more searching and digging. All 49 pairs. My walk-in closet is so neat and organized now. Loving it!

Poorly and cheaply made
The wheels broke off the inside of the rack this can not hold the wheels in place. Frame is thin and can not support all those shoes. When set in place and put shoes on rack, the rack tilts to the side.
