The Sauder bookcase is constructed from a a combination of high-quality hard- and soft-wood materials that are residuals of other lumber processes. These materials are bonded together with a synthetic resin, then applied to high heat and pressure. The result is dense, strong panels, which are then laminated and cut into pieces. The wooden bookcase has three adjustable shelves and a beautiful cinnamon cherry finish to enhance your decor. This piece is easy to assemble with its patented slide-on moldings.

Good looking and durable bookcase!
Being a college student and an avid reader, I was looking for something durable to place my novels and textbooks and this was a perfect fit. For the price, you get a great looking bookcase, with 5 shelves..plently of room!

I LOVE this bookshelf!!!!!
I bought this bookshelf for my 4 yr old's bedroom thinking I didn't want to spend much on a bookshelf, just wanted a decent one to store his things on. BUT I have to say this is one gorgeous bookshelf & what a presence in his room! Wow! For this price I did not expect such a nice piece!! It is quite a big size in height, width & depth, great for storing his bigger toys & bins on. I love it soo much, I am getting 2 more of them! Why pay more when you don't have to! I couldn't let this piece go without a 'raving' review...lol..Donna in Mississauga

Acceptable cheap book shelves
I've currently got about a dozen of to shelves for my wife's library.You get what you pay for, and these are cheap as far as book shelves go. You can expect nicks, scratches, dents & small chunks missing from the particle board.On the upside though, they seem to only keep these defects to the back & sides of the shelves in my experience, so if you have a number of them lined up against a wall, the fronts all look perfect..
