One Beautiful Bookcase
Love my newly acquired Saunders Original Cottage collection piece Bookcase, very sturdy, very solid piece of furniture, very easy to assembled, great instructions are included as well as all parts needed to assembled it, was shipped very securely, as nd arrived in a timely manner, well worth the cost .I am very satisfied, now looking for another piece for my bathroom. Adorable bookcase!
I was VERY skeptical about this purchase because I loved the color in the picture but didn't know what color it would end up being once I saw it in person- Picture is definitely true to color! It was very easy to assemble I did it myself with the help of my four and one year old:). I have been looking for a cute bookcase for all our children's book for years so I thought I'd give this one a try. Can I just say it is absolutely PERFECT for children's books!! The shelving is very roomy and it's a sturdy piece. I can fit the taller books on the bottom and it just works well. I ended up ordering the entertainment center in the same color to go with our dark brown leather sofas- should be arriving tomorrow- so excited!!

I bought this bookcase in the rainwater color, which is a beautifully subdued green with a hint of blue. I have to admit that I couldn't believe so many cams, cam screws, cam covers, screws, brackets and nails could be needed for ONE MEASLY BOOKCASE, but I got it all put together in probably a couple of hours, and I'm not fast with stuff like that, nor do I enjoy it -- ha! I'd much rather pay an extra 20 bucks to have it already assembled. That being said, all of the holes lined up perfectly and the directions were easy to follow. I really love the creamy look of the bookcase and find my eyes going to it often. I have an HP 2540 "all in one" printer, and it fits fine on one the middle shelf (which is where it is now, before I took the attached picture). Were the desk already assembled, I'd buy it in a hot minute.

Nice accent piece
I'm using this bookcase as a T.V console. It's gorgeous in my eclectic living room. Follow the instructions step by step though. It's easy as pie if you do. I tried to do it without following the instructions and made it hard for myself.

Great cottage style bookcase
Because this is from Sauder, I knew it would be heavy and DIY. I am very pleased with the bookcase. In the beginning Sauder products weren't all that great. This case is heavy and sturdy. My husband put it together. I ordered a color that is whitewash gray. If you like country chic, it works really well. The inside back wall has a bead and board backing. I figured I could always return it to Walmart which is why I bought it from them. But, I'm keeping it. I have it in an extra bedroom along with a comfy chair where I can read my books. (I still prefer holding books to the iPad/kindle.)Read more
