Good product, bad shipping

The bookshelf was as advertised with plenty of room for books and binders. The issue is with the shipping. The product looks like it was shipped with the shelves installed and during transit the shelves came undone and were tossing about inside the case which resulted in scratches and dents to the bookcase.

HON shelf

I purchased this item based on the quality of our HON steel book shelves already in the office. Turns out it's not quite the same quality as the HON shelves we have in ofc, as the steel in this shelf is lighter gauge and shelf support brackets are made of plastic. The book shelf frame-work and shelves are steel. I'd say it's fine for light-med use, but not exactly heavy-duty office grade. I'm sure HON has several grades of this shelf and this is probably the lightest. Good over all value for the price.
