Late Review... had for a couple of years
I bought this bookcase a couple of years ago and just didn't review it, and I'm sorry for that!! I was ready to purchase another bookcase, maybe a little larger, smaller and realized that this bookcase is just so awesome!! I am getting another one just like it... thank goodness I can still get it. I may get two, just in case..... This furniture is very well built and so very easy to assemble... it's sturdy and is just beautiful... appears to be solid oak... almost as heavy too.... Don't worry about the cost.. it's so worth it!!!

Beautiful! Not one of those cheap fake wood ones!
I was completely stunned when this arrived & I assembled it. The wood is thick, heavy, real, & gorgeous. The back is cardboard, but that's to be expected for this price. I can't put it near my other similar bookcases--not even my older (cheap) Sauder ones, because this one looks so much better you can tell how cheap the others are! I'm buying more before they go out of stock. They also sell taller & shorter ones in this style, but I wish they made a tall one with doors on the bottom that really matches this one. LOVELY. I've bought a lot of bookcases in my life, & this is by far & away the best.

Beautiful bookcase at any price
Bookcase came on time, was packed very well and product had no nicks or scratches. The bookcase is very nice, I am very pleased. It looks expensive, feels sturdy, love the adjustable shelves and the color is beautiful. It weighs around 80 lbs. and is very substantial. It took my husband all of 30 minutes to put it together. For the price, it is a great buy. Would definitely buy another one.

Easy to assemble, wide enough shelves

Inexspensive but not great shelf. Requires that you put it together. Has limitation of 50 pounds per shelf, which for books is very limiting.
