NorPro Cookbook Holder
This holder does what I was hoping it would do. It holds books open and protects them from most splatters. For a recipe on an individual page printed from the Internet I can turn the holder on its side and keep the paper upright. I have a 14 inch ledge behind my kitchen sink where I usually want my recipe to perch. So far I have left the holder in a corner of the ledge behind some decorative bottles. It is visible, but doesn't really attract the eye. I will probably stash it somewhere else when guests are expected.
