Wrong product in box and damaged!
I am so disappointed with this product and manufacturer. This is the second time I bought this item and I will be returning it again without repurchasing. The first time I bought it just opened the top and already I could see that it was severely damaged with particles sprinkling out of the box. The second time I hoped for much better but ... First of all it was not even the right product in the box. I picked the black shade and there was a light colored marble piece... this product doesn't even come in that style! The other two pieces I pulled out didn't seem to match the intended product either... they were planks of ROTTEN wood! Needless to say this has been a horrible experience and I will be lugging it back to the store.

in love with this organizer
I bought both a 6 cube & 9 cube which I stacked together to make a 12 cube , it has the hardware included to stack & the instructions are dummy proof, I placed this in my daughters room and it fits perfect and look very nice , my girls loved it , I got the gray matte color which is very nice, I would definitely recommend this product.

Flimsy
I thought I would save a couple of dollars and purchase this 6-cube organizer instead of the ClosetMaid brand. Mistake! Although this will work in a remote (rarely-used) closet, there is no way I would have this viewable or easily accessible. It is flimsy, not square, has gaps, and does NOT lock together well. Too many corners were cut to make this a cheaper option. Instead, it is just a cheap product. (I bought two of these and both are equally poor quality.) On the high side, no parts were missing.

Perfect!
Arrived as expected. Easy to assemble and sturdy. We also have two have from Home Depot and these are comparable.
