Product ships in two separate boxes. I did not receive two separate tracking numbers for each of the boxes. However, I contacted the vendor and they were happy to correct the shipping error and provided me with a tracking number for the second box. I was on the phone with them for less than ten minutes, even after being transferred twice. Each person was polite and happy to help. Understand that walmart.com is not the vendor you will deal with if you have issues. If you call the service number for plumstruck.com you get a recording just press 0 and you can talk to a person provided it’s during their service hours. P.S. pressing zero works for most automated telephone services. Linon is great if for any reason the product arrives damaged they will replace the piece(s) free of charge within 30 days of PURCHASE. I recommend looking the product over fully before assembly, if anything got damaged in shipping contact the vendor (plumstruck.com) or the manufacturer (linon.com). Plumstruck will ask that you ship the product back so they can send you a replacement. I find it easier just to order parts from the manufacturer. You can order replacement parts from their website. You just need your original purchase information (name, email address, receipt # and part #s). Linon will send the parts free of charge. The bookshelf is of better visual quality than what you would find in stock in most big box stores. The pricing is comparative to other vendors. If you are looking for a completely hardwood bookshelf this is not for you, go to a furniture store and be prepared to pay a lot more. If you are looking for a stylish and affordable piece of furniture I would recommend this product to you.

looks nice, but...
I ordered two of these book cases. I do like the look of this book case. And for the most part it is serving it's purpose, however, you should know that each shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 30 lbs. So no one shelf can have a row of large/heavy books/texts. The drawer can only hold 25 lbs. Also, one of the book cases was flawed... one of the "X" decor was not nailed in properly and so it was delivered to us with a sizable chip out of the side support frame, at the nailing site. we were able to order a new side part, but when we were assembling the book case a decorative X just fell out of this frame as well. We decided not to return the part again but rather to fix it ourselves. Also, there is one stage during assembly where you will really really want a second person to help you.

Nice but have patience!
The bookcase looks very nice. However the assembly was not as easy as it would seem to be. Took quite a bit of time and the instructions were somewhat vague. If you had never put anything together it would not have made much sense. Someone with a better command of the English language should have written the instructions. All in all we are happy with the product.
