Disapointed piece damaged from factory!
We received the bookcase directly from the factory that made it, Sams was just a purchasing agent. The bookcase appeared to be well made for a put together MDF product but upon close inspection it was found the entire left side of the bookcase was damaged beyond repair. I called the manufacturer and they told me I would be shipped a new left side and per the Fed Express Tracking site it is now on the truck for delivery so we should have it Monday but I feel 3 weeks to get a book case I have to put together is beyond normal expectations. If there is anything at all wrong with the replacement I will be expecting a refund in full from Sams.

A very mediocre quality piece of furniture.
In years past I have purchased several book cases from Sam's. They were and still are very nice pieces of furniture. I anticipated this piece to be of their caliber. It is not even close. Though it is Oak finish it is a dark Oak, not matching my other furniture. But it was also broken. I work with wood and so rather than send it back and go to all the hassel, I repaired it myself.
